 - Added 4 new mutation rules

- Added instruction on how to start the game

Bug Fixes:

- Boss now has proper health (100 -> 100000) "oops left on the debug hp"

 - Man, I can't remember because I forgot to write it down, but I made a decent amount I promise lol

Other Minor Changes:

 - Moved trophy for beating the boss to the other side of the menu as to not obstruct difficulty description
